The report \u201cAzerbaijan\u2019s Defiance: A Decade of Contempt for the Council of Europe\u201d highlights Azerbaijan\u2019s persistent disregard for the Council of Europe\u2019s principles and its ability to act with impunity. Despite repeated warnings and judgments from the European Court of Human Rights, Azerbaijan has evaded accountability and undermined the institution\u2019s credibility.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
